Our journey started in the year 2013 with 2 humble founders. After having successfully completed Chartered Accountancy in the first attempt, 2 young CAs set out on their journey with high hopes and vigor to contribute something noteworthy in the world of Financial and Management Accounting.
The founders of the firm CA Varun Agarwal and CA Manish Soni hail from Rajasthan Province of India and inherit accounting and calculative acumen from their ancestors. Quick at mathematics and accounts, commerce was their natural inclination and both of them always eyed at reaching the pinnacle of accounts and finance discipline.
Both the founders shook hands as they had some common consensus. They wanted to change the monotonous field of accounting into something which is a vibrant and essential division of any business organization. Understanding the importance of accounts and finance, they wanted to educate businessman about the day to day importance of accounts and finance and bringing it to the forefront and at par with other organs of businesses like production/sourcing/supply chain etc. Carrying ahead the aforesaid fundamental mission of the founders, the entire team of Cloud Book Solutions is single mindedly focused on creating a robust eco-system wherein accounting, book-keeping and reporting are done in such a manner so as each and every information coming out of the software is capable of stimulating major decisions of the business organization. Not considering anything miscellaneous, the mission statement at Cloud Book Solutions is simple and fundamental- “Where Each Number counts”

Data is Oil. This is being crammed by each and every team member first thing they enter into the premises. Apart from implementing tools that ensure complete data security like firewalls, monitored screen activity, prohibition of data cables and data storage/transfer devices, we try to inculcate an ethical attitude towards the sensitivity of our client’s data within our team members.
Each team member is given limited access pertaining to their respective area and scope of work.
Each activity at our premises is strictly under surveillance 24/7.
Any information or data received from the client is screened for it’s sensitivity value and forwarded after making necessary amendments for its source and ownership.
As we understand that each and every output coming from us shall be useful for decision making, we make sure the home-work behind that is done timely and in the most accurate and efficient manner.
Like any other cost, accounts and finance cost is also to be monitored for its effectiveness and reasonability. We ensure that the business finds each penny spent on us worth it.
